Our Product
We bring in all the materials we need to build your custom cabinets from scratch. Our shop is outfitted with the latest equipment to ensure every cabinet part is machined to perfection. Because we use a combination of glue, wooden dowels and metal screws during assembly, you can be sure that strength and durability are an integral part of each cabinet we produce. All of our cabinets are European style.
Unlike many other cabinets you will find on the market, Pizo only uses full 5/8" solid backs. This adds tremendous strength to the cabinet and ensures it will remain properly anchored to your wall.
Cabinet Backs
Our fully equipped manufacturing plant gives us the upper hand when it comes to product quality, production time and repeatable precision. All of our cabinet parts are fabricated using the latest CNC technology. When your plans are entered into the machine, we can guarantee perfect machining every time. The end product is a completely custom kitchen, cut to the exact size to fit your space.
Cabinet Bottoms & Sides
Every cabinet we build gets put together the same way.
Our tops and bottoms are doweled, and glued into the cabinet sides and then the sides are screwed into the tops and bottoms.
This construction method is the strongest and most durable one we know of.
Door Hardware
Top of the line door hinges and lifters come standard on every respective door cabinet. Each hinge features soft closing action as well as 6 way full adjustment. A feature you are not likely to find as a standard item anywhere else.
